North Sands Developments Secure Second Sale at Cow Lane

The second of three homes at The Grove on Cow Lane Beeston has now had its sale completed and the owners have moved in. The 5 bedroom house with private woodland and large tree lined garden has now got new owners and we hope they will be very happy living there.

The couple have been able to make some of their own changes to the home that has included designing their own wardrobes and storage areas. Changing and choosing their own light fittings but most importantly designing and having installed prior to moving in their own cinema room.
