North Sands’ Excellence Awarded

Rushcliffe Borough Council has selected North Sands’ Swan House as the winner of its excellence award. The accolade is given by Rushclifffe jointly to us and to Frank Goulding Ltd, the construction firm who built the house. The council were impressed by the architecture and the fittings of the house, and the way it fitted in so seamlessly to the village.

Swan House is in the village of Hickling in the sought after Vale of Belvoir and offers 3,500 sq ft of stunning living space. It includes five bedrooms, three of which are ensuite. Principal living space is huge, and as it’s open plan there’s a lovely flow that would be great when entertaining. There’s a lovely social feel to the accommodation which when combined with extensive room sizes adds to the tranquil feel of the house. As an example of the size of these rooms, the living room measures some 23’8” x 22’0”, the dining area is 20’2” x 13’7” and the kitchen 31’3” x 15’4”.
