Swan House 'ticks all the right boxes' was the Nottingham Evening Post's assessment of our luxury five-bedroom 3,500 sq ft home.

Press interest in the house grew as soon as it was completed, and with the level of finish, coupled with the intelligent, flowing architecture both inside and outside the home, it's not hard to see why. Nottingham's Evening Post was the first newspaper to feature the home, giving it front page coverage along with an article and photos which are still available to view online.

The journalist who wrote the piece was particularly taken with the huge open plan spaces the home offers, yet still impressed by the more intimate rooms it has if you're looking for a more cosy time. It's hard to ignore the exceptionally high level of finish too, with the polished Quartzstone worktops, Siemens appliances and induction hob - to name but a few of the astonishing details of this project - all coming in for praise.
