Secure Gates Added To The Grove

North Sands have secured planning and installed entry gates to Cow Lane

North Sands Developemnts  are delighted that we have been able to secure planning permission and install new security gates to the private road for our latest Cow Lane development. One of our purchasers was very keen to add to thes to the site and make The grove a gates private road and we are so pleased to have achieved that. The gates have buzzer, phone and fob entry and we have also installed post boxes for all three homes that will allow them to have mail and parcels delivered without delivery people going through the gates.
